Each dish is prepared to order using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Our beef is USDA Choice New York Strip, and hand-butchered in our restaurant. All of our chicken dishes are made with only white meat chicken breast. If a person in your party has a food allergy or a special dietary need (e.g. gluten or dairy intolerance), we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Our restaurant features a full sushi bar. Let our highly-skilled chefs prepare a variety of cooked, raw or vegetarian maki rolls or try one of our delicious specialty rolls. We also have many choices for both nigiri and sashimi sushi.
